IconCool Editor is an icon, cursor and web graphics editor. It has all the necessary functions to create and edit files in ICO, CUR, ANI, ICL, GIF, JPG, BMP, EMF, WMF, TGA y WBMP formats.

It offers over 50 image filters, including realize, colour balance, as well as 20 effects, among which there are text gradients, 3D buttons, 3D shadows, etc.
