IconCool Editor is an icon, cursor and web graphics editor. It has all the necessary functions to create and edit files in ICO, CUR, ANI, ICL, GIF, JPG, BMP, EMF, WMF, TGA y WBMP formats.

It offers over 50 image filters, including realize, colour balance, as well as 20 effects, among which there are text gradients, 3D buttons, 3D shadows, etc.

IconCool Editor is also an editor to capture images in various sizes for desktops and other programs. You can convert images from 25 different formats into icons, like icons from EXE, DLL, ICL, OCX or other formats, to edit and resave them. It also offers 100 do/undo levels, and supports unconventional sizes, and XP 32-bit icons.
